Light vehicle (car) repair and maintenance : (Deadline for 2008 entries is now closed)
The 'best of the best' at Skillauto also get the chance to try out for the WorldSkills competition which is held every two years. The 2007 event was held in Japan with UK automotive competitors scooping two bronze medals. In 2009 the event will move to Canada and then the really big one in London in 2011. This will provide UK technicians with the added incentive of achieving honours on home soil.
